Please check the behavioral health provider's website for their insurance information to see if they accept your insurance plan,  if they are cash pay only, and of you do not have insurance if the provider offers any discounted rates based on income. The provider may need you to provide them your insurance information to verify benefits and attain authorization before providing care.  Or contact the phone number on your insurance card for behavioral health services to see if a provider you are interested in is within your insurance network.
